About Our Course Offerings
The St. Louis CAPS program offers three year-long courses aligned with high-skill, high-demand careers in the St. Louis area. Each course is worth 3.0 high school credits, with opportunities to earn college credit as well. Students may choose a morning (7:30am–10:00am) or afternoon (11:30am–2:00pm) session. Designed for high school juniors and seniors, the program allows students to build professional networks through direct collaboration with business and industry partners who help shape future talent.
Unlike traditional classes revised every few years, St. Louis CAPS instructors meet annually with industry professionals to review workforce data and update courses, ensuring curriculum remains dynamic, relevant, and responsive to new opportunities. Each year offers fresh, personalized projects and experiences focused on deep career exploration and advanced professional skill development.
